When the loan officer qualifies the buyer for the loan they will send Independence Title a request with title work.
03. Title Search
Independence Title performs a 30 year title examination of the property. We will then work diligently to clear any liens, encumbrances and encroachments before your contract date.

Independence Title informs the parties of the transaction of any title problems.

Independence Title prepares the buyer and seller for closing.
